We believe that real change requires system change, radical thinking coupled to practical proposals.

Our focus is on finding viable political pathways to fundamental change, by understanding the systemic and practical obstacles to reform, identifying solutions and framing arguments accordingly.

Our unique theory of change builds on the legacy of our two parent organisations:

• Stimulating out-of-the-box thinking through provocations, research and conversations with our extensive, high-level network.
• Convening experts, policy makers and influencers to create coalitions that can find pathways to change.
• Framing proposals to make them politically attractive and deliverable, drawing on our extensive political expertise.
• Providing platforms to influence the political debate.

Our solutions are radical but practical and non-ideological, so we are sometimes called the systems change think-tank.
