As a writer, ecological and systems thinker and analyst more recently, he has focused on the, largely hidden, societal implications of the design and advent of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), via the RemakingMoney project – and the deep impact and dangers of financialised thinking on society and planetary ecology via the Humane Economics project, both of which he founded.
